Added: Convert… added under File menu for batch conversion.
Added: Supports Custom file name with Macros in Save As dialog. Macros include: {DOCNAME}, {Y} for Year, {M} for Month, {D} for Date, {H} for Hour, {m} for Minute, {S} for Second, {#} ~ {#5} for auto increased number. {Y2} {M2} {D2} {H2} {m2} {S2} also available for fixed 2-digit values.
Added: User defined default Path supported for ‘Save As’ and Batch conversion dialogs, which can be specified in the Import/Export options dialog – ‘Paths’ pane.

Fixed: Template and Symbol toolbar not displayed when launched by InDesign or QuarkXPress.
